The Details philosophy is to set our services apart through attention to detail and our ability to reflect the client’s wishes. This means that you, the client are always in charge.

Owner and Lead Planner, Sandy Gibson is passionate about planning. Growing up, she was always the friend organizing the next birthday, new years party or baby shower. In 2005, Sandy decided to formalize her natural talents by attending the Event Planning and Conference Management program at Camosun College. With outstanding recommendations from her instructors she moved on to work as the Event and Wedding Planner at Olympic View Golf Club where she executed over 100 events a year.

In 2008, Sandy took her passion to the next level by purchasing Details Special Event planning and Decor. Born and raised in Victoria, Sandy has an abundant knowledge of Victoria and the surrounding communities and loves working with her clients to exceed their expectations.
