Full Planning
Our Month of Coordination (some people refer to this as Day of Coordination) package is perfect for those more DIY clients that just need a little extra help that last month before the wedding and on the wedding day.
We call it ‘Month of’ because we take over communication a month out and contact all your vendors for you, ensuring no detail is missed. We are your go to person on the day of the wedding with our main focus being that you and your loved ones do not have to worry about a thing. Forgot the ring? Need a bobby pin? Need those boutonnieres pinned on? We’ve got you covered.
Pair this service with our event design services for extra stress relief and added wow factor!

Event Design
At Details Planning & Event Design, we work with you to create a custom and unique event that will leave your guests in awe. We offer full service design providing you with mood boards and inspiration so you can visualize the end result. We source all the items needed to execute the vision and provide the team to bring it all together so you can spend more time adding to your Pinterest board. Whether you have a vision and just don’t know how to bring it together or you don’t even know where to find a vision, we’re here for you!
Our design packages include everything you need so all you have to do is show up on your wedding day to a beautifully curated space.
